Taking a 530 mile journey from Paris inthe North, down throught LYon, Tournon and Avignon to the Mediterranean resort of the Cote d'Azur. This archway was built to celebrate Napoleon's most famous victory at Austerliz in 1805 Bustling cars jam the Avenue Champs Elysees, street cafes abound and they very essence of French life style can be experienced here within but a few square miles. Of all the landmarks of Paris, indeed the whole of France there is one that really stands out a mile. The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, The Lido, the Crazy Hourse Saloon and of course the famous Moulin Rouge boisterous floor shows continue to entertain.
